Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on the products in your basket and, for live animals, your delivery zone. The correct delivery option is shown automatically during checkout.
For small accessories, heat mats, bulbs, thermostats and similar small products.
Frozen feeder food is packed in specialist packaging to help it arrive frozen. Frozen orders are dispatched on Tuesdays.
Large or bulky products such as terrariums are charged per large item.

Frozen Food Delivery
Frozen feeder food is packed in specialist packaging to help keep the order frozen during transit. Frozen orders are dispatched on Tuesdays to help parcels arrive before the weekend where possible.
Live Animal Delivery
Live reptiles are not sent by DPD, An Post or standard courier services. Live animals are delivered using West Cork Reptiles livestock transport or collected by appointment.

- Products ordered with a live animal may travel together with the animal where suitable.
- If you need products earlier than your live animal delivery, please place a separate standard courier order.
- Live animal delivery dates are arranged by West Cork Reptiles after the order is placed.
- Animals are prepared for transport only after the delivery or collection arrangement is confirmed.
Collection by Appointment
Local collection is available by appointment only. West Cork Reptiles may be out on deliveries, animal transport or other work during the day, so please contact us before visiting.
Please make sure your order is ready for collection before travelling. Live animals and frozen food may need preparation before handover, including safe transport preparation for animals and suitable frozen packaging for feeder food.
